Fabrics
We're transparent about our sources to help you understand us better and take a step towards saving the planet!
For our naturally basics and 'the latest collection' we have sourced all our fabrics from : Tula India, which is an NGO who work with grassroot level transparency in terms of sourcing the fabrics directly from organic cotton farmers. These fabrics are organic cotton and produced without fertilisers and pesticides and instead use natural means and manure.
Organic cotton differs from Genetically Modified cotton (GMO) in the sense that organic cotton does not harm the water table and keeps the soil rich in nutirents and leaves seeds in the soil that the farmer can use in their next cycles unlike GMO's.
We also dye our fabrics naturally. We are partnerning up with two establishments as of now, 'Wrukshatone' from Erode and 'True Tone Ink' based in Ahmedabad.
Wrukshatone, after 15 years of meticulous research works with purely natural dyes where the modenting process of the fabric happens with natural and traditional elements. True Tone Ink, over 21 years of their work have patented natural dyes and work with it on an export level in collaboration with Colour Ashram, Ahmedabad.
At both the places, the level of research and experimentation with natural dyes have lead to the level of machine natural dyeing which gives an even coating and layering on the fabric .

This ensures no plastics through the process and also comes with a lovely and impactful 'thank you for choosing us to save the world' card!
